NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR REVIEW OF A PREMISE LICENSE

NOTICE: That an application has been made pursuant to Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the review of the premise licence in force for: -

The application for a review relates to the following Licensing Objectives, The Prevention of Crime and Disorder, The Prevention Public Nuisance and The Protection of Children from Harm. The grounds for review and the public register of applications can be viewed at the Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City between the hours of 08.45 and 17.15 Monday to Thursday and on Friday between 08.45 and 16.45.

Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make a representation with regard to the application must do so in writing to the address below. Any such representations may be received between 9^th September and 6^th October 2008.
