We value your views. We need to know whether our services are meeting your needs and being delivered effectively and welcome your comments, compliments and complaints as these will help us improve our services.
How to send in a compliment, comment or complaint
You can either:
- fill in the online form
- telephone the council on 01707 357000, or fax 01707 357480
- visit the council offices in person (opening hours are: 8.45am-5.15pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.45am-4.45pm, Friday)
- write in using a freepost form (available on request from council offices)
- write in by letter:
